Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery to the United States
We ship to all US states. Estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days after processing.
All import duties and taxes for US orders are included in the shipping cost — you will not be charged anything extra at delivery.
International shipping
We ship to select countries in Europe and beyond. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days). Import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 2–3 days for tracking to update after you receive the number.
Lost or delayed packages
